The Eye Center of Southern Indiana is a participating provider for Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Indiana Medicaid.
As a courtesy, claims will be filled with both primary and secondary carriers for patients covered by any insurance company. Payment for office visits is expected on the day of service from those not covered by health insurance.
