If you have had an appointment at The Eye Center of Southern Indiana on, or after, 02/06/2024, you should have received an invitation to our new patient portal. This is a convenient, safe, and simple way to request appointments, access your medical information, pay your bill online, and more.
Log in to your patient portal below. As mentioned before, if you have had an appointment at The Eye Center on or after 02/06/2024, your new patient portal access should have been activated. You would have received an email with your activation and access details.
Whether you are a new patient or you have been a patient of The Eye Center of Southern Indiana previously, but have not had an appointment as of 02/06/2024, you will want to make sure your have access to our brand new patient portal. You may have already received a notification in your email with your new log in information for the portal. If not, there are three ways to activate your patient portal access.
- Send us a message using Klara, our new smart messaging system. If you haven't already seen the purple message window open up on the bottom right corner of your screen, just click on the purple "Message Us" button in the bottom right-hand corner of this page. You'll connect directly with a member of our team. Let them know that you are an existing patient and need access to your patient portal. If you provide your email address, or already have one on file, we will be able to immediately activate your portal and send you login information.
- Give us a call during normal business hours at (812) 334-1213. You'll be able to speak with a member of our team that will be able to activate your account and provide you with any login information you might need.
- Lastly, you can wait until your next scheduled appointment and we will help you activate your account when you get here in person.
